In public law proceedings she represents parents, local authorities and children in almost equal measure and is in demand both on and off Circuit. Joy has particular expertise in cases involving immigration issues, serious injuries, complex medical evidence and findings of fact.
In private law proceeedings, Joy undertakes all aspects of divorce and financial settlement/provision, contact and residence applications, co-habitee disputes and non-molestation orders.
